Paris offers
an extremely large hotel rooms capacity and variety and accommodation
for all
budgets and tastes can be found in all city neibourghoods. On
the occasion of 5th International
Congress of Maxillofacial and Craniofacial Distraction the Congress,
rooms at several hotels
in the Maison de la Chimie district have been pre-blocked for
participants and their families.
According to their location, some hotels are at walking distance
from the congress venue, some
other a few minutes away by public transportation. There will
be no shuttle services provided
by the congress between the Congress hotels and the Maison de
la Chimie.

How
to Make a Reservation
|

Directly book the hotels
especially selected by the Local Committee for their cosy ambiance and
location near the Maison de la Chimie (You can consult the
list by clicking here). You will be able to book this
type of accommodation directly without using the services
of the Congress Office.

If you prefer to use the services
of the Congress Office, you will be able to book one of the hotels
listed here below. You can book on line on this website
at the same time as your registration, or by fax/post via
the registration form here inclosed. Please
click here.

For reservations through the Congress Office, please note:

A 1 night-deposit will be
required in order to guarantee your booking and the corresponding
amount will be automatically deducted from your hotel bill
when leaving.
|

No phone reservations will be taken into
consideration.
|
•
|
A confirmation
letter will be mailed to you recalling all the information of
your
accommodation
request.
|
• |
A fixed charge of 20 € per reservation
will be required for all hotel reservations.
|
HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: May 5th, 2006
Although the Congress Office will be unable to guarantee hotel
rooms
after May 5th, 2006, every effort will be made to satisfy even
late requests.

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations for the hotels
listed here below are to be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress.

If you decide to postpone your stay at the
last minute, the rooms will be kept by the hotels
according to the amount of the deposit received.

• |
«No Shows» on the first night will automatically
cancel the entire reservation and involve the loss of the
entire deposit.

• |
No reservation will be made without the requested deposit.
The deposit must be corresponding to 1 night.

Cancellation
Conditions for Registration and Accommodation
|
All cancellations must be notified
in writing (by mail or fax BUT NOT e.mail) to the
Congress
Office and are subject to the following conditions:

Up to March 15th, 2006: 100 € will
be withheld for administrative fee for registration
cancellation and 20 € will be withheld for administrative fee for accommodation
cancellation.
|

|
Cancellations between March 15th, 2006
and May 5th, 2006: reimbursement of 50% of the
amounts paid.
|
• |
After May 5 th, 2006, no refunds will be
issued.
|
• |
All reimbursements will be processed AFTER
the Congress.
|
• |
Requests for refunds made after July 31st,
2006 will not be considered.
|
